Owner-led care experience
Managing Member
Battle Born Care Services is shaped by hands-on experience in group-home management and the ownership and operation of 24-hour residential care. Our leadership understands the daily responsibilities of running a home, supporting residents, guiding staff, and maintaining a consistent environment where people feel respected and secure.
Our operational experience includes staffing and scheduling, employee supervision, overnight coverage, medication systems, incident reporting, and daily documentation. These responsibilities have taught us the importance of clear expectations, reliable communication between shifts, and following through on each person’s support needs.
We have supported individuals with complex cognitive, behavioral, and safety needs. That work informs our approach to calm redirection, de-escalation, structured routines, and individualized support. We recognize that effective care begins with understanding the person, respecting their choices, and responding thoughtfully as their needs change.
Our experience also includes coordinating transportation, appointments, and everyday routines, while communicating with families, guardians, case managers, nurses, and behavioral-health professionals. Strong coordination helps everyone involved understand the person’s needs, share relevant updates, and work toward consistent support.
We bring these practical lessons to the Southern Nevada program we are developing: thoughtful staffing, accountable leadership, and person-centered care that supports dignity, safety, and independence. Our goal is to create a home where support fits the individual and everyday life offers opportunities for choice, connection, and meaningful community participation.
Clear expectations. Thoughtful staffing. Reliable documentation. Strong communication. Respect for the person and the home they live in.
What guides us
Every person deserves dignity, privacy, choice, and a voice in everyday life.
Staffing and services should reflect the person’s actual needs—not a one-size-fits-all model.
Support should help people maintain and build skills, relationships, routines, and independence.
Home should feel like home, with meaningful access to everyday community life.
